Cranberry Pear Crumble Pie

- 1 ready to use refrigerated pie crust shopping list
- 24 Nilla wafers,crushed about 3/4 c ) shopping list
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c butter,melted shopping list
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1 c chopped cranberries shopping list
- 2 large fresh pears,sliced shopping list
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1-1/4 c thawed Cool Whip whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450'
- Line 9" pie plate with crust. Bake 5-6 mins or till lightly browned;cool.
- Meanwhile,mix wafer crumbs,sugar and butter till well blended.
- Reduce temp. to 375'. Spread cream cheese carefullyonto bottom of crust;sprinkle with half of wafer crumb mixture. Combine fruit in large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon;toss to coat. Spoon into crust;top with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake 35 min. or till fruit is tender and crust golden brown. Cool completely Serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
