How to make it

  • First. wash the mickey noodles with hot water set aside.
  • Blanch the bihon noodles with hot water.
  • cut the chicken breast into strips,wash the squid balls and cut into 4 pcs. Heat the pan put the vegetable oil saute the onion,garlic and chicken until golden brown,mix the chicken breast and squid balls stir until brown.
  • Add the vegetable stir until become transparent.
  • Add the noodles and chicken stock...cook for 5 min.
  • Put the seasoning oyster and soya sauce,and adjust the taste with salt and pepper..
  • SERVE HOT with slice Garlic Bread
