How to make it

  • Sprinkle seasonings on the chicken breasts, both sides.
  • Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
  • Brown each side of the chicken breasts (about 2 minutes each side)
  • Once browned, cover and reduce heat to as low as you can.
  • 8 minutes, 30 seconds each side.
  • Serve with pan juices if wanted.
