Stuffed Jalapeños

I like to use big plump kinda darker green jalapeños. They seem to be a little tamer (not so hot).
Ingredients
- 10 jalapeños cut in half and seeded and deveined shopping list
- 1 8oz cream cheese shopping list
- I add a little garlic and some spices what ever i feel like that day shopping list
- and a lb of bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Cut open the jalapeño and take the seeds and veins out then mix your flavorings in the cream cheese and stuff the peppers with cream cheese and wrap them with bacon.
- As you wrap them put them in a greased baking sheet and bake them for an hour at 325 degrees I usually do 20 or so at a time because they seem to be a favorite for all my friends!!
