How to make it

  • Bring your peas to a boil... add sugar let them continue to boil.
  • Then add half of the Beurre Blanc and continue to stir gently while cooking on low/medium heat.
  • Let cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes to cook the flavor of the raw flour out. If happy with the consistency then turn off heat and serve. If more thickness desired add the remainder of the Beurre Blanc and let cook 3 to 5 more minutes.
