Chicken Pot Pie

- 10 3/4 oz can of cream of potato soup shopping list
- 15 oz can of veg-all original mixed veggies (drained) shopping list
- 2 cups of cooked diced chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/3 cup of milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 9inch frozen pie crusts thawed (or you can make your own) shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook your chicken how ever you like (boil, fry etc..) set aside until needed
- unroll your pie crusts (if store bought)
- Put the egg wash on one side of both pie crusts (the botton of one pie crust, the top of the other)
- Place the first pie crust egg wash side down in a 9 inch pie plate
- combine the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl
- mix well
- pour in to pie shell
- place the second pie crust on top crimping edges to seal
- make a cross type slit in the center of the top of the pie crust
- place in the oven and bake for 49 mins or until a medium golden brown
- take out, place on a wire rack and cool for 10 minutes
