How to make it

  • Blend dressing ingredients with a wisk.
  • Cut broccoli into florets and the stems into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  • In a medium sauce pan, cook broccoli in water over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until broccoli is desired softness; drain and cool.
  • Combine broccoli, tomatoes and onion. Pour dressing over the salad and mix to coat; serve warm or chill before serving.
