Broccoli Salad

- 2 heads broccoli shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 3 c grape tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced thin shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 2 Tbsp vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 c low fat sour cream or plain yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Blend dressing ingredients with a wisk.
- Cut broccoli into florets and the stems into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- In a medium sauce pan, cook broccoli in water over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until broccoli is desired softness; drain and cool.
- Combine broccoli, tomatoes and onion. Pour dressing over the salad and mix to coat; serve warm or chill before serving.
