Vegetable Broth

- 2 quarts filtered water shopping list
- 1 large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 3 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped shopping list
- 8 cloves garlic , minced shopping list
- 8 sprigs fresh parsley shopping list
- 8 oz. mushrooms, cut into 1/2 inch slices shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a large stockpot, and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer uncovered for about 1 hour.
- Strain, and discard vegetables.
- Refrigerate and use within 3 days or freeze (See intro.)
