- 8 oz. water (increase for desired consistency) shopping list
- 1 T high-quality oil (e.g. flaxseed oil) or 1 T flaxseed meal shopping list
- 1-1 ½ cups of your favorite fresh or frozen fruit or vegetables* shopping list
- 2 rounded T (scoops) of SP Complete shopping list
- 2 rounded T (scoops) of Whey Pro Complete (optional) shopping list
- 1 T Whole Food Fiber (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend ingredients until desired consistancy
- *When blending vegetables, it is recommended to use a high-performance commercial drink blender.
