- ½ ripe pear or apple (cored & peeled) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 heaping Tbs. of organic milled flaxseed (not oil) shopping list
- 2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete shopping list
- 2 rounded Tbs. Whey Pro Complete (optional) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. Whole Food Fiber (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend ingredients until desired consistancy
