How to make it

  • 1.Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water until tender.
  • 2. Drain.
  • 3. Sauté onion in a large non-stick pot until translucent.
  • 4. Add remaining ingredients, as well as cooked pasta.
  • 5. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot.
  • Tip- If you use a faster-cooking green such as spinach, add it during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
