Pumpkin Cream Pie

- 1 Ready-made pie crust (Graham cracker or chocolate) shopping list
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1 Cup of canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice (optional) shopping list
- 1 8 oz. Tub of thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip,) divided shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice with a hand mixer on low to medium speed until smooth.
- Mix in HALF of the tub of whipped topping with a spoon
- Pour mixture into pie crust
- Top with other half of whipped topping
- Chill at least 4 hours
- Enjoy!
