How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 and Grease a 9x13 pan
  • 2. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes: Cherry Juice or Soda and Tapioca
  • 3. Melt butter and mix with Sugar, flour, oats, Baking Powder, salt, and Baking Soda
  • 4. Spread half of this crust into the pan and cook for 10 minutes
  • 5. Add cherries to the pan and pour the tapioca mixture over evenly
  • 6. Cover the bottem crust and cherry filling with the remaining crust
  • 7. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes
