How to make it

  • Brown the meat of choice, onions and garlic then remove to colander
  • Combine 20T flour with just enough canola oil to work into paste and cook under low heat unti light brown
  • add all dry spice ingredients
  • add v8 and add water as needed to acheive your liked thickness
  • now add cooked meat and onions bring back to boil reduce to simmer for short time then let it rest..
  • you can add any fresh or dried pepper of choice to bump this....!
