How to make it

  • Mix lemon juice and dry ingredients and add salad oil; add a small piece of ice, and beat with a silver fork or shake in a coverd jar until it is thick and creamy. Serve immediately or reshake just before serving.
  • Spanish dressing: Add 2 TBS catsup to French dressing
  • Roquefort Dressing: Cream 2 TBS Roquefort cheese into French dressing.
