Filipino Adobo

very basic filipino dish, a must.
Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts, cut into thin squares shopping list
- 3 potatoes cut into halves shopping list
- 1 cup datu puti vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup datu puti soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 clove garlic, the more the better shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
- hard boiled eggs shopping list
How to make it
- mix everything. marinate for 30 or so minutes to let vinegar/soy sauce
- penetrate the meat and potatoes.
- boil dry. add little canola oil to fry the meat.
- add hard boiled egg on top before serving.
