How to make it

  • 1) Mix all spices and rice in bowl
  • 2) Dice onion and tomato
  • 3) Heat oil in pan and cook onion until translucent
  • 4) Add in rice and spices and cook for about a minute and a half stirring frequently
  • 5) Add in tomato and corn and cook for another two minutes
  • 6) Pour in the four cups of water or broth
  • 7) Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and cover stirring occasionally for 20 minutes
  • 8) Fluff and serve
