Peruvian Steak/ Bistek Encebollado

- beef-- any cut, sirloin/round/rib eye etc.-- 2 pcs shopping list
- 1 large lemon (juice) shopping list
- 1 onion cut into rings shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 tsp adobo seasoning(Goya brand) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup shopping list
How to make it
- mix everything and marinate for 30 or so minutes. Fry meat until it's medium. Add the marinate with onion then tomatoes. heat for 20min. extra salt to taste. Best serve with rice and fried plantains. Enjoy, folks! :))
