Gym Lovers' High Protein Egg Roll

- 1 cup bean sprouts shopping list
- 1 cup tofu, cut into small squares shopping list
- 1 tiny carrot, cut into bits shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- canola oil shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- 1 med onion shopping list
- egg roll wrappers around 10 shopping list
- Dipping sauce: shopping list
- Either sweet chili sauce (the best) OR shopping list
- mixture of vinegar, garlic powder and black pepper OR shopping list
- ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- saute garlic then onions then bean sprouts, tofu and carrot bits until golden. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 5 min. wrap 1 tbsp of the mixture with egg roll wrapper. Fry until golden brown. Cut the roll into 2-3 pcs. Serve with the dip. Enjoy!
