- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar shopping list
- 1 Pinch salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup(s) grated mild cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup(s) milk shopping list
- 1 Med-Lg apple, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup(s) raisins shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup(s) light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Put rice into large mixing bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add the sour cream, cheese, vanilla and milk; mix thoroughly. Pour over rice; add apples and raisins and mix well. Pour into buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.
- Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over the rice mixture. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
