How to make it

  • Heat oil in large saucepan over med. heat and cook the garlic and ginger till browned. Combine brotj,soy sauce and fish sauce,if usuing,to the saucepan and bring to simmer.
  • Add remaining ingredients except snow peas,scallions and sesame oil. simmer 20 mins,and then add snow peas.
  • Cook for just a few minutes longer,until thwe snow peas have softened but are still bright green.
  • Add the scallions to the saucepan,remove from heat,and ladele into serving bowls. Drizzle a little sesame oil over the top of each serving.
