How to make it

  • Set up two double boilers and grease a cookie sheet
  • Add the dark chocolate to one double boiler and the white to the other
  • When the chocolate is smooth and shiny pour the dark out on the pan and spread out thin
  • Sprinkle the crushed peppermint out over the chocolate and let set for a few min.
  • Pour the white chocolate over everything and let cool.
  • Break the peppermint bark into two bite peices
