Peppermint Bark

This is a great recipe to have around the holidays and also makes a great gift. The best peppermint bark is a few days old when the flavor of the mint spreads into the chocolate. Hint: The better the chocolate is the better the bark will be.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk or dark chocolate shopping list
- 1 cup crushed peppermint shopping list
- 1/2 cup white chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Set up two double boilers and grease a cookie sheet
- Add the dark chocolate to one double boiler and the white to the other
- When the chocolate is smooth and shiny pour the dark out on the pan and spread out thin
- Sprinkle the crushed peppermint out over the chocolate and let set for a few min.
- Pour the white chocolate over everything and let cool.
- Break the peppermint bark into two bite peices
