Oriental Corned Beef Rice Omelette

- 210 gm corned beef shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1 medium size red onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1 thumb size ginger, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp catsup (preferably banana) shopping list
- chinese 5 spices shopping list
- dried basil leaves, chopped shopping list
- 3 cups of rice shopping list
- 2 medium potatoes diced shopping list
- button mushrooms half a cup chopped shopping list
- pineapple tidbits half a cup shopping list
- 4 fresh eggs shopping list
- salt shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- 1. on a frying pan with butter, saute garlic , onion, potatoes and ginger
- 2. add corned beef and continue sauteing
- 3. add freshly ground black pepper, soysauce, oyster sauce, fivespices, hoisin sauce, rice, mushroom, saute some more
- 4. add pineapples stir for a minute then remove from heat
- 5. top with catsup, some salt and white pepper and mix well
- for the eggs
- 1. beat 4 fresh eggs, mix with black pepper, salt and dried basils
- 2. fry on a pan on low heat until cooked
- 3. place on a big plate, fill with corned beef rice
- 4. fold and granish with catsup, some hoisin sauce and dried basil leaves...
- 5. enjoy... yummy....
