Yogurt Cornbread

- 1 C cornmeal shopping list
- 1 C AP flour shopping list
- 2 T sugar or maple syrup shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1/2 t baking soda shopping list
- zest of 1 orange shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 C buttermilk shopping list
- 1/4 C yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 C corn oil shopping list
How to make it
- Oven @ 425*, grease a springform pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, zest.
- Combine eggs, buttermilk & yogurt.
- Add dry ingredients & pour oil over the batter. Stir in - do not over mix
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
