How to make it

  • Boil spaghetti to desired tenderness.....Drain
  • In a small cup mix tomato paste and catsup with a little water
  • stir till blended
  • Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large saucepan until just wilted
  • Add canned mackerel and tomato paste mixture
  • Stir
  • add black pepper and salt to balance taste
  • turn off heat and sprinkle with lemon juice
  • Great for fish or non-meat lovers
