Green Banana Salad

A great salad its just like potato instead in the caribbean we use green banana. A good side dish if u want 2 try something new
Ingredients
- 3lbs of green banana peeled, boiled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 3 hard-boiled eggs diced shopping list
- three huge dallops of mayonnaise (hellmans) shopping list
- 1 large can of peas and carrots drained shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- a sprinkle of black pepper shopping list
- a little touch of hotsauce(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl mix all of the above ingredients together.
- ADD more mayonnaise if you dsire
