How to make it

  • Preheat the oven at 200 C degrees (about 400 F),
  • saute the onions and peppers in a frying pan using the olive oil, and add the pepper.
  • Remove from the heater and mix the onions and peppers with the rice, anise and feta cheese.
  • Pour the mixture inside a pan, add the milk and stir it lightly.
  • Bake it for about 50 minutes until the mixture gets thick (Depends on how you like your rice).
