Mixed Colour Pepper Rice

- 2 cups of rice shopping list
- 6 cups of milk shopping list
- 1/2kg of feta cheese (cut in small cubes) shopping list
- 2-3 peppers (cut in small cubes - I use mixed colour for flavour) shopping list
- 1 cup of chopped anise shopping list
- 2 cups of onion (cut in small cubes) shopping list
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil shopping list
- Fresh grated pepper (lots of it) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven at 200 C degrees (about 400 F),
- saute the onions and peppers in a frying pan using the olive oil, and add the pepper.
- Remove from the heater and mix the onions and peppers with the rice, anise and feta cheese.
- Pour the mixture inside a pan, add the milk and stir it lightly.
- Bake it for about 50 minutes until the mixture gets thick (Depends on how you like your rice).
