How to make it

  • Remove the stems from the peppers, slice in half and remove seeds if desired.
  • Place into a blender, add garlic, allspice, carrots and cilantro. Process until finely chopped.
  • Add mustard, vinegar and salt. Process until finely minced. Do not puree.
  • Spoon into jars. The pepper sauce will keep for about 1 month
