Island Hot Sauce

- 12-14 habanero or scotch bonnet peppers shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp yellow mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Remove the stems from the peppers, slice in half and remove seeds if desired.
- Place into a blender, add garlic, allspice, carrots and cilantro. Process until finely chopped.
- Add mustard, vinegar and salt. Process until finely minced. Do not puree.
- Spoon into jars. The pepper sauce will keep for about 1 month
