Gluten Free Pizza

- pizza crust Blend gluten-Free #219 from bulk barn shopping list
- ingredients: rice flour, whole grain rice flour, tapioca starch, cornstarch, methylcellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum shopping list
- egg Replacer shopping list
- ingredients: cornstarch, potato starch, guar gum, sodium biacrbonate, baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups pizza crust blend shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 tbspground flax seed shopping list
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten - OR 2 tsp Egg Replacer with 4 tbsp water shopping list
- 2/3 cup 2% milk shopping list
- tomato sauce (I make my own from fresh tomatos and can it every summer) shopping list
- Moterella cheese shopping list
- Pizza toppings of your choosing shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Line a non-perforated pizza tray or baking tray with parchment paper or grease tray with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Combine blend with other ingredients. Mix well until batter is smooth.
- Place batter on tray and roll with piece of parchment paper ontop to avoid batter sticking to roller.
- Roll until batter is approx. 12" in diameter.
- Place tray in middle rack of oven and bake for 15mins.
- Remove from oven, dress pizza and return for an additional 15mins.
