How to make it

  • Step 1:Put the fresh cream, vanila essence and granulated sugar into a bowl. Put this bowl into a larger bowl with ice in the bottom.
  • Step 2:While in the bowl with ice in, quickly whisk it by hand it make it foamy. Be careful not to get any water into the cream
  • Step 3:For a rough estamate, when the wires of the whisk are distinctly emerged, then its done. For use with different sweets you'll need to adjust it tough.
