How to make it

  • Step 1:Place waxed paper in the bottom of a loaf pan.
  • Step 2:Put the butter in a microwave-safe container and heat for 2 minutes
  • Step 3:Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 356 degrees F.
  • Step 4:Put the butter un a bowl and add sugar. Mix with a spatula.
  • Step 5:Add a whisked egg and milk in the bowl and mix it some more.
  • Step 6 :Sift flour,baking powder, and salt in bowl and mix.
  • Step 7:Peel the banana and cut into slices. Add them to the bowl and mash them as you mix well
  • Step 8:Pour the mixture into the pan and use a spatula to flatten the top. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  • Step 9:Let the bread cool on a wire rack and you're done.
  • Step 10:Enjoy
