How to make it

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a bowl.
  • 2. Put half the mixture in blender, blend.
  • 3. Pour back in bowl and fold together.
  • 4. Add up to 1/4 cup water if thinner soup is desired.
  • 5. Serve chilled with garnish
