How to make it

  • Bring a pot of water to boil.
  • Boil macaroni according to pkg. directions
  • Meanwhile, Make the cheese sauce.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Whisk in flour, and cook roux 2-3 minutes.
  • Continue whisking and slowly pour in milk.
  • When sauce has thickened, remove from heat and stir in cheese and seasonings.
  • After cheese is completely melted, add cooked macaroni.
  • Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
