Citrus Simmered Parsnips

- 1 lb parsnips,peeled,cut in 3"spears shopping list
- 1 c fresh orange juice shopping list
- 1 c water shopping list
- 2 TB butter shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp chopped tarragon leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Combine parsnips,orange juice,water,1/2 tsp salt and butter in 4 qt. saucepan
- Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to med. Cover;cook 18 to 20 mins or till tender and glazed ,stirring
- Stir in 1/4 tsp salt ,pepper. Top with chopped tarragon leaves
