How to make it

  • Combine parsnips,orange juice,water,1/2 tsp salt and butter in 4 qt. saucepan
  • Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to med. Cover;cook 18 to 20 mins or till tender and glazed ,stirring
  • Stir in 1/4 tsp salt ,pepper. Top with chopped tarragon leaves
