Bread Rolls

- 250g bread flour shopping list
- 150ml of warm water(with some extra) shopping list
- 1 tsp dry yeast shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Put two teaspoons of warm warm in a bowl with the dry yeast and mix really well(if the mixture sticks to the spoons it is the wrong yeast)
- 2.Leave the bowl in a warm place for 15min.
- 3.Sieve the flour into a bowl with the salt and sugar.
- 4.Make a whole in the flour and pour the yeast mixture in (the Yeast should be frothy with a sort of white colour on top.
- 5.Pour some of the rest of the water and mix with a wooden spoon keep poring a bit more water then mixing.
- 6.Once you have finished mixing all the water, the dough should not be sticky if it is then take it out the bowl and sprinkle a little flour on top and then kneed the bread(mix the flour into the dough basicly) keep doing this until it is sort of soft but a bit sticky(not enough to stick to your hands)
- 7.Put the bread back in bowl put it somewhere warm for 1 hour( or so enough for it to double it's size)
- 8.Tack the bread out of the warn spot knead it for a bit then spilt it into 8 balls and shape them however you like.
- 9.Turn the oven on to Gas mark 6. Put the shapes in a warm spot for fifteen minuets.
- 10.Cook in the oven for fifteen minuets if they are cooked tap them on the bottom and they should sound hollow if they don't put back in the oven for fife minuets
