  • turkey, hot suace, pepper, eggs,bread crumbs, garlic, sugar
  • make into little 1 in. balls
  • heat a frying pan.
  • cook until brown on outisde and completely done in the middle.. about 7-10 minutes
  • drain well
  • enjoy
  • sauce
  • heat ketchup and jelly of your choice on the stove. serve as a dipping sauce
