How to make it

  • In small pan sautee onion in oil or butter until slightly transparant. Add chunks of broccoli, sautee for another minute. Add water cover in simmer a couple of minutes. Then add milk and heat. Do not boil. Put in vita mix. You can add cheese now or sprinkle on top of soup when you serve it. Blend on high 1 minute.

    Hi, just tried the above soup but added a bit of my own twist to it. A strip of fresh ginger with skin on, pepper to taste, 1 spring onion. It was light on the stomach and very delicious.
