How to make it

  • Boil water add noddles, cook to desired tenderness
  • once done drain put in a bowl and add butter, stir in.
  • in a large frying pan add 3 tablespoons butter, and 1/2 tblsp minced garlic and saute till garlic starts to turn browish
  • then add 1 & 1/2 cups of heavy cream and a couple dashes of white pepper. And bring to light boil.
  • Then slowly sprinkle in parmesan while stirring til desired thickness, about a half cup
  • then add about 1/4 cup of wine stir and continue cooking on low heat
  • in a separate pan saute meat of choice and mushrooms(if desired) in butter and 1/2 tblsp minced garlic once done dump in sauce
  • then add fresh cut broccoli (if desired) cook for a few more minutes
  • Spoon over each serving of noodles.
