How to make it

  • Mix cream and milk and bring them to the boiling point. Cream flour and butter together and add to them salt, pepper, and onion juice. Now combine the two mixtures and cook until they have the sonsistency of thick cream. Remove from the heat. It is ready to use.
  • Add your choice for the dish, and vary the flavors by adding chopped parsley, celery, curry-powder or lemon juice.
