Italian Pot Roast In Crockpot

Delicious and easy! I tend to throw any vegetable in there that will go bad soon.
Ingredients
- your choice of roast shopping list
- 2 can of beef broth shopping list
- 3 large carrots, diced shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced shopping list
- 3 medium red potatoes, 1" cut shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper shopping list
- any other vegetable you'd like: celery, zucchini, squash, etc shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 T garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 t pepper shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place roast in the crock pot
- Pour both can of broth over roast.
- Add vegetables and seasonings.
- Give slight stir
- Turn crock pot on low and allow to cook 8 hours
