How to make it

  • cook bacon in large skillet over med. heat untill crisp
  • remove and drain on paper towel, refrigerate untill needed
  • keep bacon drippings in skillet
  • add chicken breast to bacon drippings
  • cook over med high heat untill brown on both sides
  • transfer chicken to slow cooker
  • top with mushrooms
  • stir together soup and sherry
  • spoon over mushrooms
  • cover and cook 3-4 hours
  • top mixture in slow cooker with cheese crumble bacon over cheese
  • incraese setting to high cover and cook for 10 to 15 min untill cheese is melted
  • with slotted spoon remove chicken ingreadents from cooker serve with cookin juices from cooker.
  • enjoy!!!!
