- 5 slices extra lean turkey bacon, cooked until very crisp shopping list
- 4 oz. Weight Watchers® Reduced Fat cream cheese spread, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions (2 large onions shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup shopping list
- Ground chipotle pepper, to taste shopping list
- 8 slices Weight Watchers® whole wheat bread shopping list
- 4 lettuce leaves shopping list
- 8 Slices fresh tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble bacon into a medium bowl. Add cream cheese, onion, maple syrup and chipotle pepper to taste; mix well. Toast bread slices; spread cream cheese mixture evenly on 4 slices, top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices tomato and a slice of toast. Cut in half to serve.
