How to make it

  • 1. Boil pasta till well cooked. Use as much or as little as you need.
  • 2. Heat up oil in a pan and add chopped sausage, cook till ready and browned. remove from pan onto a plate.
  • 3. In the same oil add your onions and cook till transparent
  • 4. Remove onions from oil onto a saucer
  • 5.In a seperate saucepot, heat up the milk till simmering and add butter (alternatively use cream instead of milk for a richer sauce), add some italian herb seasoning.
  • 6.in the pan with oil add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt, pepper and italian herbs.
  • 7.Drain pasta and keep ready in its pot.
  • 8.once mushrooms are cooked. put back in the sausage and onions.
  • 9.add the milk mixture and leave to heat up together.
  • 10.add sauce to pasta and mix well. leave to on warm stove to incorporate flavours.
  • TIP : at each stage of cooking the onions, sausages and mushrooms. add fresh pepper and salt.
