Creamy Spicy Sausage Pasta

- Taglietelle or Fettucine (or any pasta u desire) shopping list
- 1 large onion (chopped into small pieces) shopping list
- 4 spicy sausages (chopped into small pieces) shopping list
- 1 1/2cups of milk shopping list
- 4 - 5 Tbspbutter shopping list
- 1/2 pack of button mushrooms(chopped into small pieces) shopping list
- Italian herb spice shopping list
- freshly ground pepper shopping list
- freshly ground salt shopping list
- a few tablespoons oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Boil pasta till well cooked. Use as much or as little as you need.
- 2. Heat up oil in a pan and add chopped sausage, cook till ready and browned. remove from pan onto a plate.
- 3. In the same oil add your onions and cook till transparent
- 4. Remove onions from oil onto a saucer
- 5.In a seperate saucepot, heat up the milk till simmering and add butter (alternatively use cream instead of milk for a richer sauce), add some italian herb seasoning.
- 6.in the pan with oil add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt, pepper and italian herbs.
- 7.Drain pasta and keep ready in its pot.
- 8.once mushrooms are cooked. put back in the sausage and onions.
- 9.add the milk mixture and leave to heat up together.
- 10.add sauce to pasta and mix well. leave to on warm stove to incorporate flavours.
- TIP : at each stage of cooking the onions, sausages and mushrooms. add fresh pepper and salt.
