Fast Veggie Stir-fry

- 1 cup cooked white rice shopping list
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely diced carrots shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced green peppers shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Add vegetable oil and onions into a wok or skillet. Cook until the onions are tender not brown.
- 2. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Add carrots and green peppers and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give it a stir.
- 4. Then enjoy!
