How to make it

  • Bring condensed milk to a simmer in heatproof fondue pot over medium heat. Cook, whisking constantly, utnil milk turns caramel in color, about 7 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk in evaporated milk. Bring to a simmer, and cook 4 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt until smooth.
  • Place fondue pot over table top warmer, and serve with fruit or cake.
