Chocolate Caramel Fondue

- 1/4 cup condensed milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Bring condensed milk to a simmer in heatproof fondue pot over medium heat. Cook, whisking constantly, utnil milk turns caramel in color, about 7 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in evaporated milk. Bring to a simmer, and cook 4 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt until smooth.
- Place fondue pot over table top warmer, and serve with fruit or cake.
