1 tin of condenced milk 200g of dark muscovado sugar, . either buy or make some short crust pastry, roll out the pastry and make it it to a pastry case, whisk the milk and sugar together, for one minute, and place into a hot oven for no more than five minutes

How to make it
- blind bake your pastry case.
- place the sugar and milk in to a bowl.
- whisk together for 1 minute,
- pour into the pastry case, and place in to a hot oven for 5 minutes
- take out and let it cool down, then place into a fridge for 1 hour and then eat.
