Cucumber Salad With Sour Cream

In Polish the salad is called mizeria. Thought the word means something dull and hopeless the cucumber salad has been always very popular.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- salt, sweet paprika powder and black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- optional but tasty fresh dill weed, chives or radishes , chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the ingredients and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Best with young potatoes
