Crab Cake Bites

These are easy to make and soo good. Great to freeze and enjoy anytime!
Ingredients
- 1-stick of butter/margarine Softened shopping list
- 1- jar of Old Enlish cheese spread shopping list
- 1&1/2- Tsp mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder ( can use garlic salt if you dont have garlic powder, just makes it a little bit more salty) shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp seasoned salt shopping list
- 8 oz of chopped crab meat. I like to use imitation crab instead of real crab meat. If you use real crab be sure to drain it! Chop it to your liking. shopping list
- 6 English muffins-Halved shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingrediants except english muffins in a large bowl.
- Spread on muffin halves.
- Cut into 6ths.
- You can freeze them on a cookie sheet and store in a gallon freezer bag till you are ready to eat them.
- Bake on cookie sheet @ 425 untill golden brown. About 10 min or so.
- These are great in the toaster oven too!! Just Broil untill golden brown.
- For easy clean up, put foil on cookie sheet then put on the bites.
