Vegan Soy Free Macaroni And Cheese

- * 1¼ cups whole wheat pasta, uncooked shopping list
- * 1¼ cups non-dairy milk shopping list
- * ⅓ cup nutritional yeast shopping list
- * 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste) shopping list
- * 2 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- * 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- * 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- *1 tsp paprika shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp turmeric shopping list
- *salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- *one diced tomato (optional) shopping list
- *handful of fresh spinach (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to directions, immediately drain, rinse with cold water and set aside. Whisk all remaining ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a near boil and turn heat down to low. Stirring occasionally, allow the sauce to thicken up. Combine with pasta (and optional veggies), stirring to coat.
