Irish Coffee

A few of my friends from Ireland had me hooked on this for a while. A great way to start the morning. ;)
Ingredients
- 2 ounces good Irish whiskey shopping list
- 4 ounces heavy whipping cream shopping list
- a pot of coffee (enough for two people) shopping list
- hot water shopping list
How to make it
- Brew coffee
- Whip the cream until it froths
- Warm coffee cups in hot water (this keeps the drink from cooling too fast)
- Fill cups 2/3 to 3/4 of the way with the fresh coffee.
- Add whiskey into coffee, leaving just a lip for the cream.
- Spoon cream into the top of cups.
- Enjoy! (And drink responsibly. ;P)
